- Modem drivers
Use your phone as a data modem for a compatible Windows-based PC.
Unless otherwise noted, modem drivers require Windows XP or 2000.
Please note: PC Suite includes all of the drivers and management features you need to use your phone as a modem. For easiest modem installation, Nokia recommends that you download Nokia Nseries PC
Suite .
For a cable modem connection without PC Suite, download and install the Nokia CA-53 cable driver .
For a wireless modem connection without PC Suite, download and install the correct driver(s) below.

If you don't already have a music player installed in your computer, you can download a compatible player by following the links to the provider sites below.
Extra plug-ins are also required to use Windows Media Player with your Nokia N80. Please see below.
In order to download Windows Media Player software you need to make sure that your Nokia N80 has the correct software version. You need to have version V4.0623.0.41 or a more recent version. To check which version you have, simply press this combination on the keypad: *#0000#

Windows Media Player 10
If you do not have Windows Media Player 10 installed on your Windows computer, please get Windows Media Player 10 from Microsoft.
With Windows Media Player 10 you can:
- Import music from your CD collection to your Windows XP PC
- Transfer WMA and MP3 files from your Windows XP PC to your Nokia N80 (1-way)
- Select music automatically and manually
- Create playlists on your PC or Nokia N80
- Access track info such as albums, artists, genre, etc.
- Minimum requirement: Windows XP operating system
To check your version of Windows Media Player
1. To start Windows Media Player application, click the desktop icon or go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Windows Media Player
2. In Windows Media Player go to Help menu and select About Windows Media Player
3. An "About Windows Media Player" window will open, from which you can see the version number, eg. Version: 9.00.00.3250
4. If the version is not 10 or above you need to get Windows Media Player 10 from Microsoft.
Note: To use Windows Media Player with your Nokia N80 requires the Nokia N80 driver(below).

How to download
1. Click on the Download button in the previous screen.
2. A dialog box titled "File Download – Security Warning" will open. Select a place to download the installation file, such as your desktop, and then click Save.
3. Locate the file you just downloaded "Nokia_N80_WMP10_driver.inf" and click once on the file with right mouse button. Select "Install" from the menu that appears.
4. Once installed Windows Media Player 10 should recognize your Nokia N80.

Control, edit and organize pictures from your Nokia phone with Adobe® Photoshop® Starter Edition.
Transferring pictures from your Nokia phone requires Nokia PC Suite 6.6 or newer. Not all products may be compatible.
If you have trouble transferring the pictures with Photoshop® Starter Edition, use Nokia PC Suite to transfer the pictures and Photoshop® Starter Edition to edit them.

Installation instructions
- Download the application to your local drive and unzip it.
- Double-click the Photoshop_albumSE_300_xx.exe file. The file name will slightly differ based on language.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- Start Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0. The first time you start the application, you are presented with the Adobe End-User License Agreement window. Click Agree to continue using the
application.

The Barcode reader application is used for decoding different types of codes (for example, barcodes and codes in magazines). The codes may contain different kinds of information, such as URL links, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers.
Before scanning a code, depending on the type of the camera in your device, turn the close-up switch of the camera to close-up mode when scanning the code.
